Super Dangan Ronpa 2: Swimming in Terror is a Troll Fic created by Kawaiiwolf3 on DeviantArt. The fic follows a girl named Hibiki Hinata, Hajime Hinata's sister, Super High School Level Swimsuit Model, on what is basically a stripped-down plot of Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. Well, she's actually known as Hibiki Frolo, thinking that the last name is Hajime.
The troll author out of character is known as Katie, according to her profile. She says
she wrote it initially because she didn't see many SDR2 badfics, but continues to write it because "it's damn fun."
Read the first chapter here. Twelve chapters are up so far, and boy, are they a doozy. A Youtuber by the name of Margay77 is doing a sporking of them here. Margay is also trying to make a fanime of this fanfiction, with Katie's blessings, of course. Katie has expressed interest in voicing Hibiki.
She's also written a DR1 fanfic called You Shook Me All Night Long, which has some connection to the story. Whether or not the connection to SiT is intentional has yet to be revealed.

This Fan Fic provides examples of:
- Anime Hair: Subverted; Hibiki has her hair up in a regular ol' ponytail, and the ahoge she had in her first solo picture just seemed to be a stylistic choice.
- Author Appeal: To Bare Minerals, of all things. For anyone who might not know, Bare Minerals is a brand of makeup, that's famous for selling powder foundation.
- Beauty Is Never Tarnished: Magazine companies and modeling agencies like Hibiki because of the scars on her legs. They say it shows "the natural beauty of nature."
- Costume Porn: Chapter 11 is just Hibiki changing her outfit. She even describes her bra and panties!
- Dies Wide Open: Kimmie Rin has their eyes open when they are shown dead. Hibiki even described it as "a hypnotic trance." This is Kimmie's official art for her death◊. The blood is red though, so be warned. It's also worth noting that some changes were made in the fic from the art.
- Does Not Like Men: Koizumi appears to be portrayed this way.Koizumi: God, I hate men!
- Gratuitous Japanese:
- Hollywood Thin: Hibiki is 5'7" and 102 pounds.
- Idiot Hair: In Hibiki's offical art, she has a curly ahoge. However, it's not on any of her other art, not even the group picture with the rest of Kawaiiwolf's OC's, or in some newer art that doesn't relate to the story.
- Informed Attractiveness: Hibiki is the Super High School Level Swimsuit Model, but she never outright states that she's pretty.
- Love at First Sight: Souda claims that he fell in love with Fukashigi-senpai as soon as he laid eyes on them.
- Nightmare Fetishist: Sonia's amusing love of horror movies is brought up, and it's mentioned that she, as a princess, needs an adrenaline rush somehow.
- Non-Indicative Name: The first chapter is called "Island and Kuma." Monokuma doesn't show up until the second chapter.
- Oh, Crap!: It's mentioned that "the chef got stiff" after Hibiki refutes his argument that Pekoyama killed Kimmie Rin.
- Sacrificial Lamb: Kimmie Rin, Super High School Level Idol is the first to die that Hibiki cares about.
- Sailor Earth: Hibiki is the seventeenth student, which is a nono in the universe (in both games, there are only 16 students). To make matters worse, she put in another Sue, which is a rip off of Sayaka.
- Screw the Rules, I'm Beautiful!: Hibiki attacks Monokuma and gets off with a warning (and a later peep into the shower) because she's pretty.
- Shed the Family Name: Hibiki's given last name is Frolo, because that was the first magazine company that took her in.
- Skewed Priorities: After Monokuma tells them to commit The Perfect Crime by killing someone and not getting caught, Hibiki's first thought was, "Kill someone? And ruin my perfect outfit?"
- Technicolor Eyes: Yep, Hibiki has purple eyes, which are natural, as she points out. This may be the reason why she could see Komaeda attempting to murder Twogami, despite it being pitch black.
- Troll Fic: Has been confirmed multiple times by the author herself. She uses her journals to write out of her troll character, to give updates on the progression.
- What the Hell, Hero?: Saionji, of all people, tells Hibiki, "Someone died, and all you care about is yourself!"
