is a Danganronpa/Super Mario Bros. crossover fanfic written by WiiFan2009 as a commission for NotFanFicNet and a sequel to Super Danganronpa Bros..
Three days after living in the Mushroom Kingdom, the six Killing Game Survivors (Makoto, Kyoko, Byakuya, Toko/Jill, Aoi, and Yasuhiro) decide to leave the castle grounds and explore their new home. It was completed on July 23, 2022
Tropes
- Bait-and-Switch: Considering the Cliffhanger of Super Danganronpa Bros., you would think that it was Monokuma that doodled on everyone using the Stop Watch. It turned out that it was actually Kyoko who did it while Monokuma's still inside the empty Hope's Peak.
- Brick Joke: In Super Danganronpa Bros., Makoto mentions being chased by an Angry Sun on his way to Bowser's castle. The Angry Sun ends up returning to get revenge on Makoto for disturbing his nap.
- Immediate Sequel: This takes place three days after the events of Super Danganronpa Bros.
- No Holds Barred Beat Down: Makoto gives one to the Angry Sun after the latter hurt Zuyran and ruins the cake that he was planning to give to Kyoko.
- Sequel Escalation: Inverted. It goes from the dimension hopping adventure in the original to the group just exploring Toad Town.
- Short Story: This story is mainly five chapters long, unlike the original's nineteen chapters.
- Time-Freeze Trolling Spree: Everyone had their faces doodled on by someone wielding a Stop Watch while working in the Radish Fields. The end of the story reveals that the culprit was Kyoko, of all people. She even doodled on her own face in order to avoid suspicion.
- What You Are in the Dark: While time is stopped, Kyoko has the opportunity to take off Heiho-kun's mask, but stops herself at the last moment out of respect for his privacy.
- Work Off the Debt: When the group end up racking up a very high bill, with Toadsworth refusing to pay the large fee, the group agrees to help work at Radish Fields in exchange for Toadsworth paying for half the bill. In addition, Toko offer up (a very reluctant) Makoto and Kyoko to be models for Anna's clothes to lower the fee.
