Shadow's Rebellion
is a Percy Jackson and the Olympians Original Character Fanfiction, taking place not quite twenty years after the end of Heroes of Olympus. Eleni Spiros is living an ordinary life, and looking forward to her birthday dinner when she's suddenly attacked by a monster and ends up getting dragged into the world of Greek (and Roman) gods, and finding out that her dad is Hades, the Greek god of the Underworld. Eleni soon discovers that people are mysteriously dying and that someone is trying to kick the second Trojan War into gear. Not to mention another primordial being is trying to destroy the world.
Other main characters are Achilles Dalca (but call him Lee), the son of Zeus, his half-brothers Paris and Hector Leroy, Cassandra "Cassie" Harper, Apollo's daughter, Aeneas Belrose, the son of Venus, Maia de la Fuente, the daughter of Neptune and a legacy of Hephaestus, Riley Lockwood, Ceres's son, Claudia Guerrero, the daughter of Mars and Maia's second cousin.

- Affably Evil: Paris is one of the main villains, but he's pretty damn charismatic. Before his plan was revealed, most of Camp Half-Blood admired him.
- All Love Is Unrequited: Poor Eleni. She ends up developing a crush on Lee and even ends up confessing to him before the second quest. Lee has to gently reject her.
- Amazon Chaser: Vince, since he's interested in Claudia, one of the praetors.
- Ascended Extra: In a way. Eleni is the reincarnation of Bianca, who only appeared in one book.
- Big Bad: Ereboros, the entity of darkness.
- Bilingual Bonus: Eleni's Meaningful Name isn't obvious, but Eleni is actually the Greek version of Helen.
- Cannot Talk to Women: Aeneas can't talk to his crush properly.
- Curtains Match the Window: Eleni, since her hair is dark and her eyes are dark.
- Jedi Mind Trick: Aeneas inherited the ability of charmspeak from his mother, Venus.
- Love Triangle: Lee/Eleni/Aeneas develops eventually.
- Meaningful Name: Nearly everyone out of the main cast.
- There's Eleni (Helen), Lee (Achilles), Paris, Penelope, Aeneas...
- Most of the last names reference their godly parents' abilities to some extent too.
- Missing Mom: Maia's mom is dead, having drowned during one of her missions.
- Oblivious to Love: Aeneas is oblivious that his fellow centurion, Melanie, has a crush on him.
- Past-Life Memories: Eleni dreams of her past life's memories in one chapter.
- Reincarnation: Eleni is Bianca's.
- Vince is revealed to be one as well, and it's been implied that he's Luke's.
