This fanfic provides examples of:

• Bad Powers, Good People: Izuku's 'Incubus' quirk requires him to engage in sexual activities in order to gain power — which, if he doesn't have time to prepare beforehand, tends to amount to sexual harassment or assault. Izuku remains his sweetheart self and tries his best to work around his quirk so he can gain power without forcing himself on others. The most questionable thing he does is kissing Uraraka without asking first in order to save her from the zero-pointer, and he feels horrible about it, though Bakugou points out that he wasn't really taking advantage of her since he did it to save her life.
• Barbaric Bully: Goenma Nakamura is a bully with a Super-Strength quirk who goes to Izuku and Bakugo's school, had to repeat eighth grade multiple times, and has been to juvenile detention. When Bakugo stopped bullying Izuku, Nakamura began to fill that role, going so far as to threaten to tell the whole class about Izuku's quirk if he fights back.
• Chivalrous Pervert: Izuku is a shameless flirt who uses what (in other circumstances) amounts to sexual harassment to activate his powers, but he always ensures that consent is involved and is otherwise the same babyface Nice Guy his Canon counterpart ever was.
• Closet Key: Izuku inadvertently becomes this for Kirishima.
• Distracted by the Sexy: Izuku's go-to means of fighting Iida during the Heroes vs Villains Exercise involves heavy flirting and stripping. Considering Bakugo's advice to Iida before the exercise starts boils down to "keep it in your pants", Izuku has tried this gambit with him before.
• Does This Remind You of Anything?: When Izuku discovers that he has a quirk that makes him stronger and seems more "normal" (by his world's standards) through sexual contact, he allows Taya's sexual abuse to go on as a means of maintaining that power. This can be read in a number of ways, whether it is abuse victims developing a dependency on their abusers or people allowing others to use their bodies in order to uphold an addiction. The way Izuku describes it - as using him in the same way he is being used - also sounds like a form of toxic codependent relationship.
• Even the Guys Want Him: Kirishima has this reaction when Izuku strips during the Heroes vs Villains Exercise.
  Kirishima: ...okay, yeah, I was questioning before, but now I KNOW I'm gay.
• Friends with Benefits: Downplayed. Bakugo volunteers to help Izuku stockpile power via passionate kissing.
• Hurt/Comfort Fic: The premise of the fic involves Izuku being the victim of his sexual predator teacher and the fallout that comes after he is caught, complete with Bakugo becoming less of a Jerkass in the process.
• Hormone-Addled Teenager: Downplayed, but it's there when the rest of 1-A gets to see Izuku's well-sculpted body for the first time during combat training
• Jerk with a Heart of Gold: While Bakugo is still a bully, he musters legitimate concern for Izuku when his behavior radically changes. When he discovers what is happening, he outs Taya and admits to himself that even he would not force Izuku to come out as one of the victims.
• Lethal Harmless Powers: Ruki confesses that she inadvertently used her hormone-controlling quirk to give her brother a hormone-based sex change when she was too young to properly control her powers, something implied to have caused her and her family a lot of grief in the past.
• Mr. Fanservice: Exploited by Deku as part of his combat strategy.
• Pædo Hunt: With Izuku's sudden change in behavior and Mr. Taya's menacing aura, Bakugo eventually discovered their "relationship". He immediately infers to the PE teacher that something is happening with Taya. Within 24 hours, it is revealed Taya had been molesting his students for years and no one knew, and eleven of his victims were still attending school.
• Point of Divergence:
  • With the discovery of Taya's sexual assault, Izuku and Bakugo are back to being friends.
  • Izuku doesn't cling to All Might's leg as he does in canon to ask him if he could be a hero, meaning that the Sludge Villain doesn't escape and Izuku doesn't get One For All.
  • With all of the energy he has been stockpiling, Izuku is the only audience member to go along with Present Mic's attempt at riling the crowd at the Entrance Exam.
  • For the Heroes vs Villains Exercise, Izuku and Ochako are the ones playing the villains and Bakugo and Iida are the heroes.
  • In canon, it was Iida who calmed down the student body when Shigaraki broke into UA. Here, it was Bakugo.
• Psychoactive Powers: Izuku's quirk gives him a boost in power that he can stockpile, but only through activities that he considers in any way sexual. This can range from flirting to kissing, lewd touching, and the act itself. Ruki has been teaching him to psyche himself into stockpiling power through mundane activities, something he puts into practice by making the act of the Sludge Villain trying to Meat Puppet him seem sexual so that he gains enough strength to force the Sludge Villain out.
• Questionable Consent: With the zero-pointer ready to crush both of them, Izuku kisses Ochako to give himself the power boost necessary to save both of them. Even though Izuku preemptively apologized and he did it to save her life, Izuku cannot help but feel terrible about it, citing that while affirmed consent was given when he kisses Bakugo, he more or less forced himself onto her. Bakugo thinks differently, citing that a kiss being used in an emergency situation given the circumstances is not the same as taking advantage of a girl.
• Raging Stiffie: Shigaraki gets one during the USJ attack thanks to Izuku's flirting. He's quite confused about that, to say the least
• "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Izuku gives Shigaraki one that inadvertently gives him a Raging Stiffie during the USJ attack
  Izuku: You came here thinking you had every advantage on top, but you're in no way, shape, or form a top. You're just a nobody with enough creep factor to seem that way. Craziest bastard of the lot, scaring the rest of the little black sheep in place and hiding behind literal hands to cover the fact that you're WEAK and in no way prepared for REAL power. (...) You know...I can't even tell if you're a sadist for going through with all this...or a masochist for how you pulled it off. Care to find out?
• Right Out of My Clothes: Izuku's hero outfit was designed to slip off similarly to clothes meant for stripping, making it easy to blindside people with the audacity of it as well as increase the amount of power he gains through his flirting.
• Sex Magic: Sex-based quirks are rare but do in fact exist. Due to the social connotations they have, children who are found to have sex quirks are given special protection by the law due to the demand for them in sex-trafficking rings.
  • Izuku's quirk gives him a boost of strength and stamina through sexual activities.
  • When Izuku began to research sex quirks, some examples he found included a quirk that induces orgasm through touch, one that causes someone to fall in love with them, and one that even results in death.
  • Shiretoko claims there was a girl with a quirk that gave a boost of energy to anyone who had sex with her (a quirk remarkably similar to Izuku's) and she was sold and resold in human trafficking rings for it until she was rescued.
  • Izuku's counselor Ruki has the power to manipulate hormones.
  • Midnight's quirk is registered as a sex quirk because it is a pheromone-based ability that affects men more strongly than women.
• The Tease: Since flirting has sexual connotations, Ruki has taught Izuku to do it regularly as a socially [less un]acceptable means of stockpiling power with his quirk. Izuku often does this to Bakugo both for this reason and to get a rise out of him.
• Traumatic Superpower Awakening: Izuku discovered his quirk when his English teacher Mr. Taya targeted him for molestation, his quirk's first manifestation having been forced upon him, with Izuku allowing repeat offenses for the power boost.
• Took a Level in Cynic: Downplayed. While Izuku's personality is more or less intact, he has developed a crude and rather dark sense of humor.
• Took a Level in Kindness: After discovering that Taya was molesting Izuku, Bakugo becomes significantly nicer to Izuku, even giving him a pep talk when Izuku is having an emotional breakdown about what happened.
• Too Kinky to Torture: Invoked by Izuku when the Sludge Villain attempts to bodyjack him. It distracts the latter long enough for All Might to contain him.
