Pokérus is a Pokémon Legends: Arceus fanfiction by DoobleBugs.
Dawn is sent back to Hisui, right before the cusp of a strange Disaster. She must race against the clock to stop the residents of both clans and the Galaxy team from turning into Pokemon...before they all lose their humanity forever, and Dawn is not left out of the fun.

Pokérus contains examples of:
- Body Horror: Some transformations are decidedly on the unpleasant side. Lian, for instance, gradually loses his eyes as he transforms into a Sliggoo.
- Headache of Doom: The telltale sign that someone has gotten Pokérus. Unfortunately, everyone in hisui has had these headaches recently.
- Transformation Horror: The story gives particular emphasis to the more unsettling aspects of a Slow Transformation. To begin with, the characters find their bodies changing and rebuilding themselves in unexpected and intimidating ways. As the physical transformations deepen, they also begin to experience mental alterations, which provides a second layer of horror as they struggle to control animalistic instincts and bouts of bloodlust that begin to take over more and more of their minds.
- Slow Transformation: The transformations is very gradual. It begins with a few minor changes that can be easily hidden by clothing, and gradually transitions into a fully physical transformation into a Pokémon over a protracted span of time. As this occurs, characters also begin to experience mental transformations, starting with a few odd tics and eventually progressing into a full descent into bestial instinct.
