Phantasmic Forge is a Worm and Nasuverse crossover where Taylor becomes an Ultimate Blacksmith who can make Noble Phantasms.

Mighty artifacts of legend have returned to modern times. With her power, she forges myth into reality. They are the crystallizations of great heroes' achievements, Noble Phantasms of incredible power. For the sake of reaching the Everdistant Utopia, Taylor Hebert walks the arduous path of becoming a true Hero, a righteous King, and a symbol of the people's hope.

This work contains examples of:

  • All There in the Manual: The author has info and stats on Taylor's Noble Phantasms available.
  • Death of a Child: Aster dies in Bakuda's bombings.
  • Despair Event Horizon: Seeing Taylor take down Hookwolf, her bullying campaign made public, and understanding that Taylor was strong because she didn't retaliate and that Taylor still believe she could be be redeemed, filled Emma with so much guilt and paranoia that she triggered.
  • Healing Factor: Taylor, thanks to Avalon.
  • Heart Is an Awesome Power: Taylor having this opinion of Avalon, prioritizing it over a more offensively powerful Noble Phantasm for its Healing Factor properties. Artoria considers her wiser than she was for recognizing Avalon's value, remembering when Merlin asked her about if the sword or sheath was more important and she chose the sword, only to fall because she lost the sheath.
  • Heroic Self-Deprecation: Artoria, much to Taylor's surprise.
  • Interrupted Suicide: When Emma tries to apologise to Taylor and surrender herself to her judgement, Taylor, not believing her, gives a "Reason You Suck" Speech, declaring Emma to have died and the current one is a fake wearing her face. Emma, being in such an emotionally and mentally unstable position, immediately deludes herself in to believe she isn't Emma, and tries to cut off her face, eyes, nose and ears to "give them back to Emma". Taylor, thankfully, takes takes that as proof of sincerity and stops her.
  • It Only Works Once: Taylor can apparently make only one copy of a Noble Phantasm.
  • It's All About Me: Lung believes that Hookwolf's public initiation ceremony that Taylor intervened in was planned as a reaction of Lung being unable to catch the Undersiders after they robbed him. Lung's subordinate who is in the room has his doubts on that, but wisely keeps his mouth shut.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero / Gone Horribly Wrong / Gone Horribly Right: One of these three probably fits: Taylor defeated Hookwolf with King David's sling while reciting his 'vs Goliath' speech from the Bible. This was recorded, made it online, and ended up receiving international attention and millions of views. Not only does this end up exposing Taylor's identity (she's even mentioned by name in the news), but the sudden upswing of religious fervor brought about by this sparks huge riots in Brockton Bay against the Empire. Interlude 1.x even mentions that militant movements have been occurring across the country, with Piggot wanting 'Phantasm' and her 'Mastered victims' brought in before she takes over the country.
  • "Not So Different" Remark: As Taylor notes when observing Bakuda torturing Empire members, the mad bomber's actions are no different than the beating Hookwolf organized, torturing people and calling it justice.
  • Only the Chosen May Wield: Taylor has to prove worthy to fully draw the Excalibur in her visions so she can forge it in reality, but Artoria is heartened by it coming to her and moving, even if just an inch or so, and proclaims her Avalon's new true owner in the meantime.
  • Samus Is a Girl: Taylor is rather surprised to learn that King Arthur was a woman.
  • Superpower Lottery: As mentioned below, Taylor can create mystical items, primarily Noble Phantasms. These are generally phenomenally powerful artifacts... and she starts with Avalon, the artifact that made King Arthur The Ageless.
  • Taking the Bullet: Emma does this for Taylor when Sophia attacks her.
  • Ultimate Blacksmith: Taylor can make Noble Phantasms, as well as weaker Mystic Codes.
  • With Great Power Comes Great Insanity: Fully synchronizing with a Noble Phantasm makes it work better in Taylor's hands, but also causes her to act like its original owner, to the point of hijacking her narration. This is already potentially a disaster with some of the more unstable Heroic Spirits, but Taylor finds this out while using David's sling against the Empire Eighty-Eight, leading to her declaring that her victory was given to her by God and instantly outing herself.
  • You Are Better Than You Think You Are: When she learns about Artoria's Heroic Self-Deprecation, Taylor wishes to tell her this, citing the millions that have looked up to her.
