Owly Things
is a retelling of Stranger Things with characters from The Owl House. The first story in the AU is A New-England Monster of the Highest Grade.
- Adaptational Species Change: King is human in this story, as are the other witch characters so far.
- Composite Character: The story has Owl House characters in the roles of characters from Stranger Things. For instance, King is crossed with Will, Luz with 11, etc.
- Fusion Fic: The story uses characters from the Owl House in a universe like that of Stranger Things.
- Shout-Out: The title of the AU's first story, "A New-England Monster of the Highest Grade" is inspired by "I Was A Teenage Werewolf", a song by The Cramps.
