Homestuck: Act Omega is a continuation of Homestuck created by a dedicated group of fans, mainly from Tumblr. The story picks up immediately after the end of Act 7 and attempts to imitate the look, tone, and format of the original comic as closely as possible.

Tropes:
- Accidental Misnaming: As in canon, Caliborn can't pronounce Yaldabaoth's name correctly. Instead, he calls him Yabadabba, Yaldabalboa, and others.
- Ascended Extra: Davepetasprite^2, a character introduced and rather quickly forgotten in the original comic, seems to have a much meatier role in this one.
- Back from the Dead: The Condesce, who prevents the protagonists from escaping into their new universe near the start of the comic, and even kills Dad Crocker.
