Famished For Your Touchis a Chainsaw Man fanfic by jcride.

Shortly after Chainsaw Man's defeat of Yuko, Fami starts investigating to discover Chainsaw Man's true identity, before having it revealed by an argument between Denji and Yoshida. What happens next is far more than what she bargained for.

Famished For Your Touch contains examples of:

  • Annoying Younger Sibling: Nayuta is this to a certain extent to Denji. Not only does she actively oppose his attempts to get a girlfriend, she also tends to be rather clingy around him.
  • Big, Screwed-Up Family: The dynamics between the Horsemen are explored a bit more here, and suffice it to say, there is not a lot of familial love lost between them. To give some idea, despite Fami and Yoru constantly cursing at each other and telling them to get out of each other's way, Yoru's the one who Fami's on the best terms with.
  • Butt-Monkey: Asa's even more of this than she was in canon, as she ends up failing to woo Denji and is outright rejected by him, and she also constantly gets insulted, from Fami stating she's much more attractive than her and Yoru agreeing with her, to Denji mockingly stating that a dictionary's the "only dick" she's ever going to get, she does not have a good time here.
  • Commonality Connection: Fami basically outs herself to Denji (or would have had Denji not already put two-and-two together shortly after meeting her) on their first date due to her seeing similarities between Denji's relationship with Aki and Power and her own dynamic with her sisters, right down to the personalities.
  • Did You Just Romance Cthulu: The main premise of the fic is Denji and Fami end up getting into a relationship together.
  • Enemy Mine: Nayuta and Fami both absolutely hate each other's guts, but nevertheless agree to put their enmity aside, at least temporarily, in order to find Denji after he runs away from home.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: Fami is taken aback when she realizes just how badly Makima traumatized Denji.
  • The Glorious War of Sisterly Rivalry: The Four Horsemen in general are shown to quarrel among themselves very often. Yoru immediately gets into an argument with Fami upon suspecting she's stealing Denji from her and Asa, and during Fami's talk with Denji during their first date, she states that the Death Devil often threatened to kill her other siblings, and later, Yoru repeatedly refers to and describes Fami as a slut for being genuinely interested in Denji.
  • Hopeless Suitor: Being that the point of divergence here occurs before the point Denji and Asa develop legitimately romantic chemistry with each other in canon, Denji doesn't even entertain Asa's attempts to woo him due to him already being in a relationship with Fami.
  • I Banged Your Mom: In retaliation for Nayuta destroying her pizzas, Fami proceeds to inform her that she's been sleeping with Denji, capping things off by smugly stating that whenever Denji sleeps next to Nayuta, he's really thinking of her. Nayuta does not take it well, to put it mildly.
  • I Love You Because I Can't Control You: Fami's first sparks of attraction towards Denji come from Denji not being remotely intimidated by her aura like most humans tend to be.
  • Moment Killer: During their second date, Denji and Fami are about to have sex when Denji notes that he's about to lose his virginity to Makima's sister, which ends up dredging up his trauma regarding Makima's manipulations, causing him to call it off and run out in order to clear his head.
  • My Sister Is Off-Limits: Just as in the main series, Nayuta is extremely averse to the idea of Denji being in a relationship with anyone, both due to fear of them trying to take advantage of him like his previous paramours, and also out of jealousy at the idea of having to share him with anyone.
  • Love Redeems: Downplayed. While Fami's entering into a relationship with Denji has caused her to abandon many of her more sinister plots, it has nothing to do with her turning a new leaf, but simply because she'd rather spend time with Denji.
  • Obfuscating Stupidity: Parodied. During Fami's first meeting with Denji after overhearing he's Chainsaw Man, his moronic behavior leads her to doubt that he's Chainsaw Man, thinking no one would believe someone who lets people sit on him for money and wears CSM merchandise could be Chainsaw Man, before making the connection that because no one would believe that, it makes the perfect disguise for Chainsaw Man. This, combined with the knowledge that Chainsaw Man defeated Makima, leads her to believe that Denji is actually an incredibly intelligent man who's deliberately acting stupid to conceal his identity, when in actuality Denji's cringe-worthy behavior is just how he is normally.
  • Romantic Fakeā€“Real Turn: Fami only asks Denji on a date in order to confirm if he's Chainsaw Man. As the premise of the fic spells out, her feelings for him become genuine.
  • Sense Freak: Fami is shown to be this, to the point that the mere act of holding hands with Denji causes her sensations of pleasure akin to an orgasm.
  • Slut-Shaming: This seems to be Yoru's preferred method of insulting her sisters, as she calls Makima a slut for her infatuation with Chainsaw Man, and she later mockingly states that Fami's taken the position of number one slut among the Horsemen for being genuinely attracted to Denji to the point of wanting to have sex with him.
  • Smarter Than They Look: Despite Denji tendency to overlook obvious red flags if it means possibly getting a date, he actually puts it together immediately that Fami is a humanoid Devil likely related to Makima upon seeing her, due to both of them having very distinct eyes.
  • Speak Ill of the Dead: As a further reminder of the bad blood between the Horsemen, upon being informed of Makima's death by Fami, Yoru is not only not remotely sad, she outright refers to it as good news before calling Makima a "Chainsaw Man loving slut".
  • Yank the Dog's Chain: Kobeni goes through this, as after finally escaping from her controlling parents, quitting Public Safety, and getting a relatively decent job, it looks she's finally going to be able to live the peaceful, contented life she always wanted, only to be accosted by Fami and Nayuta and dragged along on their search for Denji.
