- Group Hug: Ariel, Blossom, Jermaine, and Sabrina do this at the end.
- Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: As in canon, Sabrina is a Nice Girl with long, blonde hair.
- Massive Multiplayer Crossover: It is a crossover among The Little Mermaid, The Powerpuff Girls (1998), and Sabrina: The Animated Series.
- Nice Girl:
- As in canon, Ariel is a kind, loyal, and sweet person. She clearly cares a great deal for Jermaine, enough to arrange a friendly joint lunch date for him.
- As in canon, Blossom is a good person who only wants to do the right thing. Just like Ariel, Blossom cares about Jermaine a lot and helped plan the aforementioned lunch date.
- As mentioned above, Sabrina retains her canonical Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold tendencies.
- Platonic Declaration of Love: At the end, Ariel, Blossom, and Sabrina tell Jermaine he is very much loved by them. He accepts and returns the sentiment.
