This story is a suspenseful piece detailing the relationship between Beastboy and Raven. The slow love between the two is interrupted by a new emotion that appears with this budding romance. One that threatens to ruin the little happiness that Raven has gained. Will they be able to overcome it or will this Enemy Within destroy them both.

This story provides examples of:
- Enemy Within: Depravity is cruel and hurtful. A new emotion born of Beastboy and Raven's new romance, seeking nothing more than satifying her hunger whether that be insulting them or treading deep into Depraved Bisexual territory. She seeks nothing more than chaos and taking control of Raven.
- Forceful Kiss: Depravity has inflicted numerous ones on Beastboy and enjoys every second of his disgust at it.
- Mind Rape: Once again one of the abilities Depravity uses on Beastboy, using it to force Beastboy to be filled with sexual emotions so she can sate her lust.
- Rape as Drama: During the battle with the League of Shadows at a college, Beastboy gets shot mutiple times in the arm and Raven teleports them to the college's infirmary. While she manages to heal him she is taken over by Depravity, Beastboy desperately tries to fight back but is too weak to stop her. Depravity manages to get her hands on him and Mind Rape him into forcibly having sex with her. It causes a massive rift in their relationship and is a major turning point of things going to From Bad to Worse
