Go To

Blood Sex Sugar Magic by IllMadeKnight is a My Hero Academia Fanfic.

BSSM is story asking what if Toga Himiko had met Izuku much earlier than canon. It is also a Izuku/Himiko story.

For another fic by the same author, see Soon I Shall Be Indestructible.

For the author's original work, see Prince Of The Wild.

Now has a true sequel: Maybe I'm A Crook, which went on hiatus somewhere after April 1st, 2022. IllMadeKnight has promised in mid-November 2023 that he will return to Crook after finishing a short story collection he is working on.

This fanfic provides examples of:

  • Adaptational Badass: Several quirks have minor expansions, facets, or outright buffs. For example, Himiko's quirk can duplicate other quirks (thought they seem to be somewhat weaker than the original). Inko's seemingly useless quirk of attracting small objects is revealed to be quite dangerous when she uses it to rupture many of the blood vessels in Mrs. Ikari's brain, inducing a massive stroke.
    • Himiko ends up possessing All for One and the quirks he had before his death.
  • Adaptational Heroism: Played With. Himiko is a confused and unstable teen who wants to do the right thing, but sees the world from a very skewed perspective. She looks after Dabi, Tomura, and even Stain in a way.
  • Adaptation Name Change: Due to his worse relationship with Bakugou, Midoriya never tries to reclaim "Deku" and chose "Agro" as his hero name.
  • An Arm and a Leg:
    • Himiko loses part of her arm to Overhaul's quirk. She doesn't seem to care very much.
  • Ascended Extra: Himiko is the Deuteragonist. Stain is a reoccurring threat who fights both Izuku and Himiko very early on, and shows up several times. All For One is a major player much earlier in the story, as an Evil Mentor.
  • All-Loving Hero: Averted, Played With and Zigzagged. Himiko is very compassionate to the other villains and acts as a contrasting perspective to many of their horrible actions, yet wants nothing more than an interesting death and sees little value in herself. This is in contrast to Midoriya, who is willing to extend the benefit of the doubt to even her.
    • When Izuku confesses that he's not this trope to All Might, All Might just laughs. He points out that humans are flawed beings that do the best they can, but ultimately, there are things and people that will cross the lines of even the most loving hero.
  • Babies Ever After: All Might and Inko have a daughter named Nana, who has a rather strong telekinesis quirk with a desire to become a Pro Hero.
  • Berserk Button: Threatening Himiko is this for Izuku. Anything that reminds Himiko of her time in the orphanage is Himiko's.
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Ms. Ikari seems to be a kindly old woman in charge of an Orphanage of Love. She's working with All for One, providing him with children to make into Noumu, take as minions and otherwise use them.
  • Brought Down to Badass: Despite being shot with the quirk removal bullets, Midoriya still manages to defeat Tomura.
  • Creepy Good: Himiko is, in a way, one of the more good-aligned characters in the story.
  • Death by Adaptation:
    • Muscular is killed off by Mr. Compress during the School Trip Arc.
    • Dabi later kills off Endeavor and All for One, and feeds a powerless Overhaul to Moonfish.
  • Depower
    • Overhaul gets his quirk stolen by All for One.
    • Himiko uses All for One to steal the remnants of One for All that All-Might still possessed.
    • Midoriya and Himiko both get shot with the Quirk removal bullets, though Eri manages to rewind Izuku back enough to where he still has it.
  • Dying Moment of Awesome: Himiko's eventual end-goal is to have an epic final battle with Izuku that ends with one of them dying at the hands of the other, immortalizing them both forever. She genuinely sees this as a perfect ending to their romance. Seeing Izuku actually about to die and refusing to do it breaks her of that end-goal.
  • Eye Scream: Bakugou loses an eye after Himiko-as-Midoriya hurls a rock at him.
  • Fingore: Midorya bites off several of Stain's fingers during their first encounter.
  • For the Evulz: All for One is constantly playing songs on his guitar and singing iconic lyrics prior to people meeting him or entering his office. When Himiko points out that it makes him look like an asshole, he happily confesses to doing it just to see how long it would take for someone to call him out on this fact. Prior to her, the last time was sixty years ago. He killed the man who did it on the spot.
  • For Want Of A Nail: A significant divergence in the form of Himiko's friendship with Izuku, and their relationship.
  • Full-Frontal Assault: Mirio is told to spar with Izuku.
For now, [Izuku] had to be prepared for anything.
Mirio's clothes fell off, leaving him butt-ass naked.
  • Funetik Aksent: While there’s no confirmation of what accent it is, exactly, Himiko is written with a consistent one that leaves her pronouncing “you” and “your” as “ya” and “yer”.
  • Gender Bender: After getting Overhaul's Quirk, one of the "good uses" Himiko put it to was to make Magne physically female.
  • Groin Attack: Kouta not only punches Izuku in the groin like in canon, but also punches Todoroki as well.
  • Happily Ever After: The final chapter has a Five-year timeskip where Tokoyami and Hitoshi are co-Symbols of Peace, Bakugou and Kirishima are getting married, Tsuyu is working with Selkie, Eri is a happy, well-adjusted teen, All Might and Inko have a daughter named Nana, and Izuku is happy with Toga and working with Shouto, and Himiko is working as an actress. On the villain side Tomura is a lot happier and more stable (though still a villain in jail), Dabi/Daisuke is getting plastic surgery while possibly getting on parole in two or so years, Twice is happily working as a janitor while taking Quirk suppressant drugs, Magne and Kurogiri are still free and contact Izuku regularly (though Izuku wishes Kurogiri would stop with the creepy letters to his mom).
  • He Who Fights Monsters: The spirit of One For All residing in the Quirk is basically a Knight Templar who is willing to use and kill anyone necessary to kill All For One.
  • He's Back!: Midoriya temporarily returns One For All to All Might during the battle against All For One. All Might back in full glory has the desired effect of turning the tide of the battle.
  • Heart Is an Awesome Power: Midoriya Inko uses her weak attraction quirk to burst as many blood vessels in Ikari's head as possible and induce a massive stroke.
  • Jerkass: All for One is this to the T. Treats his enemies with contemptuous mockery, cares little for his allies, and gleefully steals powerful quirks from innocents using brainwashing to cover up his crimes.
  • Kick the Dog: In this story, Izuku was not born Quirkless. Rather, he had such a powerful pryokinetic Quirk that All For One stole it for himself and erased his, and everyone else's, memory of him ever having it; leading to his childhood of mockery and bullying.
  • Love Hurts: In the later parts of the story, Izuku wants to save Himiko from herself, and Himiko wants Izuku to become a Hero worthy of killing her. It causes some issues.
  • Orphanage of Fear: Ms. Ikari's Orphanage, where Himiko, Stain, Tomura, and Dabi spent some time.
  • Mama Bear: Do NOT threaten or harm Izuku as Ikari found out the hard way.
  • Mind Rape: Essentially what Scaretale is.
  • Mistreatment-Induced Betrayal: All For One's games and treatment of his underlings causes the League of Villains to betray him and help Izuku, who turns the tide in the battle against All For One. Kurogiri even tells him to "suck his hairy balls". They're still villains, they just stopped working for All For One and seem to have a liking for Izuku.
  • Parental Substitute: Kurogiri acts as one for Tomura, Himiko, and Eri, to the point Himiko calls him Mama Kurogiri. All For One's actions toward them in particular are why Kurogiri betrays him, and he's taken to grooming Tomura to lead the League. He eventually sees Izuku as a son and considers him and Tomura brothers.
  • Red Right Hand: After gaining the powers of All for One, Himiko uses Overhaul's quirk to replace her missing hand with one from a Noumu.
  • Running Gag: Nude photos on Himiko and Midoriya's phones.
    • People coming to the conclusion that Izuku is All Might's son.
    • After they got together, Izuku (and unlucky others) hearing the squeaking of a bed as All Might and Inko have sex.
  • Seen It All: Himiko has this perspective to almost everything, up to and including losing her own hand.
  • Slasher Smile: Himiko, often.
  • Spared by the Adaptation:
    • Magne is still alive since the Overhaul arc happened differently.
    • Tensei Iida isn't crippled by Stain.
    • Sir Nighteye is also still alive.
  • Super Power Lottery: As of chapter 40 Himiko currently has All for One, Overhaul and One for All.
  • Super-Power Meltdown: Himiko prepares to call upon the awesome power of One for All in the final battle against Midoriya...and tears nearly every muscle in her body and breaks most of her bones because her body is unable to contain the power. There's a reason All-Might made Midoriya go through physical conditioning first.
  • Therapy Is for the Weak: Averted. After their fight in the Battle Trial, Bakugou and Midoriya are put into mental therapy.
  • This Is Gonna Suck: All For One starts howling in denial when he realizes that Izuku has transferred One For All back into All Might.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: Himiko often brags about Izuku. Since her social circle consists mostly of villains, this sometimes lands him in hot water.
  • Villainous Breakdown: All For One starts to have a major breakdown when the League Of Villains leaves him high and dry during his battle with All Might and the other heroes. It gets worse when Izuku shows up and restores All Might's power and they start double teaming him.
    • Has one a second time when Izuku, who'd put some of the Quirk eraser drug in his mouth before confronting him, spits it in his eye. As his Quirk being in Himiko's body was the only thing allowing him to live, he takes it very poorly and breaks down as he vanishes.
  • Villain Over for Dinner: Shows up a few times:
    • Twice played straight with Himiko going over to the Midoriya's house for dinner.
    • The third time is inverted, as Himiko invites Izuku over to the league of Villain's headquarters for dinner.
  • Villain Team-Up: the League of Villains and Shi Hassaikai join forces prior to the Camping Trip arc. It ultimately ends with the league absorbing the remnants of the Shi Hassaikai after All For One's defeat.
  • What You Are in the Dark: After besting All For One, All Might is standing over him seriously considering killing him, with both One For All and All For One urging him to do it, with all of the man's crimes, both in general and personal to All Might, in his mind. He knows that no one could stop him or likely judge him for doing it, but doing so meant that All For One would win by proving that even he was a violent thug who believed his power put him above the law, as well as harming not only Izuku, but everyone emotionally, and All Might doesn't do it.
  • You're Insane!: Generally the reaction to anyone finding out what Himiko's eventual life goals consist of.
