Big Sister Bunny
is a Sonic the Hedgegog fanfiction by Gullfriend31 where Vanilla is pregnant with Cream's younger sibling and gets into shenanigans.

- Express Delivery: Vanilla is only pregnany for a couple of months, justified due to her being a rabbit, an animal who is pregnant shorter than humans.
- Jaw Drop: Storm's jaw drops when Charmy eats a marshmallow chick, which Storm thinks is a real baby bird.
- Last Minute Baby Name: Ice realizes they haven't thought of a name for the baby yet after Vanilla gives birth.
- May It Never Happen Again: Vanilla begins to sleepwalk, and narrowly avoids a bunch of perils (including nearly being run over by a van and almost falling off a building). At the end, Ice decides to keep the bedroom door closed tightly at night so that Vanilla won't be in such danger in case she sleepwalks again.
- Never Wake Up a Sleepwalker: Big believes they shouldn't wake up Vanilla or she'll get violent. Ice says it's just a myth.
- New Baby Episode: Vanilla is pregnant in this story which mostly involves her family preparing for the new baby whom she gives birth to at the end.
- Significant Birth Date: Cream's younger sibling is born on Easter.
- Skewed Priorities: Big says they shouldn't wake up Vanilla, but Ice points out she's about to walk off of a building.
- Sleepwalking: In chapter 2 she walks into various dangers such as a construction site which Cream and Ice narrowly rescue her from.
- Stock Animal Diet: Vanilla consumes many carrot-based things like carrot juice, honey glazed carrots, and carrot stew.
- Talking in Your Sleep: Vanilla mutters "hip hop" in her sleep.
- Wacky Cravings: Vanilla wants carrots mixed with ice cream which grosses Cheese out.
- Wide Eyes and Shrunken Irises: Vanilla gets them when she realizes she's going into labor.
- Youthful Freckles: The newborn baby has these, which neither of the parents have.
