Ben 10: Dragon God of Life is a crossover fanfiction written by DragneelGiant96
between the Ben 10 Franchise and High School D×D anime. The story takes place in an AU where Ben Tennyson has moved to Japan. After being murdered by the girl he dated, Ben was resurrected by the Occult Research Club which is when he discovered that he possessed the Transformation Gear which allowed him to transform into the various Demons that had thrived in the Underworld and any other powerful creature.

Ben 10: Dragon God of Life provides examples of:
- Adaptational Super Power Change: Since the series has a more supernatural setting, tech-based aliens have different abilities. Upgrade for example, instead of enhancing technology, he instead enhances the magical abilities of Devils.
- Arachnachimps's webs could nullify any form of magic.
- Adaptation Name Change: The Mechamorphs have been changed to the Magimorph.
- Adaptation Species Change:
- Many of Ben's Aliens are either became Demons, mythical creatures or God-like entities.
- Azmuth has been changed from a frog-like alien to a powerful Dragon who was the progenitor to all Dragons and Demons.
- All of the Other Reindeer: Downplayed as his only crime is bringing in earphones and don't dressed properly.
- All There in the Manual: In later chapters, there'll be brief bios about the Demons Ben uses.
- Alternate Universe: Other than the mentioned racial change, Ben has an older sister. He and his family would move to Japan due to his father's work.
- Animal Motifs: A literal sense due to the major Peerage game between Riser and Rias, we have the cat (Ben as Rath) and the bird(Ravel).
- Battle Amongst the Flames: The final showdown between two fire-based entities: Riser and Ben as Swampfire and later, Ultimate Swampfire.
- Beast of Battle: The Vulpimancers in the Gremory Clan are used as mounts in this continuity.
- Calling Your Attacks: Instead of Ben shouting the name of his transformation like in Alien Force, the Transformation Gear or Azmuth did it.
- Chick Magnet: Justified as Ben transforms into the apex of the Demon species, with the power radiating from these Apex specimens attracting countless women according to Azmuth.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Ben's second fight with Riser sees him thrash Riser easily.
- The Dreaded: Humongosaur and his species are feared by the Devil community.
- Fountain of Youth: Appears in Chapter 33.
- Gender Flip: Vali is made a girl here named Valerie.
- Know When to Fold 'Em: Looma and her men gives up hunting Ben after some persuasion from Ben who explains that surviving against the Dragon All-Father is enough worth of praise.
- Mass "Oh, Crap!": All the guests at the wedding between Riser and Rias completely panic at the sight of the Vaxasaurian (Humungousaur's species) crashing here. The only ones aren't shocked are Rias and her peerage who have a clear idea who that is.
- Mythology Gag: Magimorph enhancing Individuals' abilities seems to be taken from Ben 10/Generator Rex: Heroes United where Upgrade improved Rex's nanite capabilities.
- No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: Alongside a Shut Up, Hannibal!, Ben as Four Arms delivered a pretty satisfying one on Raynare until all that's left is a slab of meat.
- Race Lift: Ben had been changed from American to a Welshman with a mix of American and English.
- Rock & Roll: Ben is a fan of Queen, which is touching as in Ben 10, Max is a fan of Shag Carpeting.
- Our Demons Are Different: Demons are a separate species from the Devils.
- Our Vampires Are Different: Vladats are a sort of Vampire subspecies. Vampires are akin to modern humans while Vladats are similar to chimps.
- Sorry to Interrupt: Sandra has this when she sees her son with a beautiful Fiery Redhead and closed the door back awkwardly.
- Teethclenched Teamwork: Ben's relationship with Gwen is a bit more strained here than in the original series. Since Gwen works under the Church, this put her at odds with her cousin who is now a Devil.
- Unstoppable Rage: Most of the Demons Ben uses have this as a default state of mind, requiring Ben to maintain composure to keep them from destroying everything in sight.
- Unwanted Harem: Due to his Chick Magnet powers.
- Wham Episode: Chromastone was created by absorbing the powers of the Vanishing Dragon.
- At the end of Chapter 30, instead of turning into Big Chill as he intended, Ben instead turns into an Ectonurite, who seemingly takes over his body. Yep, Zs'Skayr, AKA Ghostfreak, is here!
