- Alternate Universe Fic: One of the major differences in the fic and the show is that Jameson makes a Heel–Face Turn due to her dying of cancer and giving Steve evidence of Wo Fat's businesses before being killed in an ambush.
- Awful Wedded Life: Rachel's married to Stan is disintegrating due to Stan always being away on business and the final straw being that Stan is involved with Wo Fat and some of the man's goons attacked her ex-husband and potentially endangering Grace.
- Crossover: Between Hawaii Five-0 and NUMB3RS.
- Heel–Face Turn: Governor Jameson where instead of dying in the show still in league with Wo Fat she willing gives Steve evidence as she is dying of cancer and her conscience compels her to help take down Wo Fat even at the cost of her legacy and reputation.
