- Death by Adaptation: Here Daniel D'Arby has his soul turned into a poker chip by his own Stand upon losing a game of Chō-Han Bakuchi. In canon he merely went mad after being bested at poker.
- Emotion Control: One of Vespertine's abilities is to emit a scent that induces calmness.
