- The main premise is Wally returning to the world one thousand days after his death.
- Jason Todd, the second Robin, was brought back thanks to Ra's al Ghul's Lazarus Pit.

- Blue Beetle had his mind altered by M'Gann to serve the Lord's cause, while Zatanna reset his Scarab to keep both in line. Thankfully, a magic arrow from Artemis turns them back to normal.
- The Justice League are placed under Starro tech re-created by the Justice Lords.
- Knight Templar: The former Team has become this following Wally's "death", having killed villains including Lex Luthor and captured and lobotomized their former mentors.
