Revolutionary Girl Utena has numerous intentional examples, mainly for the purpose of deconstruction. Notably, with a certain amount of Fridge Horror applied, even scenes that are ostensibly very fanservicey can turn into this trope — especially when one remembers how young most of the characters are. Unless of course you are actually into that kind of stuff.
- The biggest example is the relationship between Akio and Anthy, two very good-looking people whose sex scenes together are pretty standard and even rather romantic-looking stuff... if you forget that Akio and Anthy are brother and sister. That alone would be bad enough, but there's even more to it that make it even more twisted. Anthy turns out to be Beautiful All Along, especially when she's fully nude and with her long hair down; unfortunately, the reason for said nude scenes is not appealing in the least, and she is shown with a frozen, corpse-like stare. (In-universe, Nanami and Utena witness it and do not take it well.) It's even worse when she was rendered nude again in the finale, only to be impaled by a million swords.
- Anything involving the Akio Car in the second half of the series tends to have the same effect, for many of the same reasons. Notable scenes include Ruka and Shiori having sex in the back of the car, which is part of Ruka's plan to humiliate and discredit her, and Touga sexually assaulting his own sister Nanami in there.
- That scene where Utena's first time... with Akio of all people in episode 33. While it's not as super explicit as others, it's made all the worse by the age difference and dubious (or even possible lack of) consent. Honestly, though, while Akio looks like a very attractive guy and has lots of sexual charm in-story, just about all of his sexual relationships (be they overt or implied) have something seriously wrong with them. And that's the point.
- Specifically because the scene flashes between that and Akio in his car driving over writing on the road that reads "Stop Stop Stop".
- When Utena duels against Touga for the second time so she can recover Anthy, she gets a lot of Clothing Damage while wearing the standard and very cute female uniform. It comes across as far too much like a metaphor for Attempted Rape to be remotely appealing.
