  • Drink whenever all but one of the Jokers say "Weeeeeelllllllllll" before blindsiding the remaining Joker. (For the punishment in the aptly-titled "Well...", take a very small sip each time.)
  • Drink whenever the Jokers pull a Bait-and-Switch on the one being punished.
  • Take two shots if an episode ends with a double punishment. Finish your drink if it's a triple punishment.
  • Finish your drink if a game is turned into an impromptu punishment.
  • Take two drinks for a Double-Down or Joker vs. Joker Challenge. Finish your drink if it's both.
  • Drink whenever a Joker's family member(s) appears; two drinks when it's Sal's dad showing up to say that he's disappointed in his son.
    • Take two drinks if Joe's dead parents are mentioned.
  • Drink whenever a Joker tells someone "Up your ass and to the left!"
  • Down the bottle whenever a Joker wagers taking the loss for the entire episode based on another Joker completing the challenge or not.
  • Drink whenever a Joker sets up a punishment to serve as payback for a previous punishment that he endured.
  • Take two drinks whenever Joey Fatone of *NSYNC appears.
  • Take a huge gulp when Gary Busey appears.
  • Drink whenever one of the Jokers sings the four ending notes ("Da-na-na-na") from the opening theme.
  • Whenever someone shouts "Suck it!" while performing the crotch gesture, do likewise and then drink. (When Joe does it for his "Captain Fatbelly" punishment, sip a non-potent potable each time.)
  • Take a large drink if someone who knows about the show doesn't realize that they're talking to the Jokers.
  • Finish your drink if all four Jokers (or all three from Season 9 Episode 18 onwards) fail a challenge.
  • Finish your drink if one of the Jokers cross-dresses.
  • Take a full shot whenever Dr. Frank shows up, plus another one if he "examines" someone other than Murr.
  • Drink if either of these pictures pops up: overweight Sal, or Murr with his blankie.
  • Finish your drink if a Joker gets two or more thumbs-down in one challenge.
  • Drink whenever Hamilton is mentioned.
  • Take two drinks for every Shout-Out to Taken.
  • Take two drinks if a Joker suggests that they may be going too far.
  • Finish your drink if a Joker gets exempted from a challenge.
  • For Q:
    • Drink whenever Q's past as a firefighter comes up. Take two drinks if it comes up during a punishment.
    • Drink whenever Q laughs so hard that he throws up.
    • Take two drinks when Q calls himself "Tony Gunk".
    • Drink whenever the other Jokers compare Q to a homeless person.
  • For Murr:
    • Drink whenever Murr is compared to a ferret. Take a second drink if he's compared to a ferret by someone other than the Jokers.
    • Drink whenever Murr's voice goes up a few octaves.
    • Drink whenever Murr says that he has a foolproof plan for a challenge. Take a second drink if it actually works.
  • For Sal:
    • Drink whenever Sal drops to the floor laughing. Take another drink if he drags someone down with him. Finish your drink if the other Jokers hold onto him to keep him from falling.
    • Take two drinks whenever Sal calls himself "Ja'Crispy".
    • Take two drinks whenever Benjamin Cat shows up to torture Sal.
    • Take two drinks when Sal has to show someone his tattoo of Jaden Smith.
  • For Joe:
    • Drink whenever Joe is eating something. Finish your drink if it's not a pastry/dessert.
    • Drink whenever Joe has his deer-in-the-headlights look.
    • Drink whenever Joe calls out for LARRY!
    • Take two drinks when Joe dresses up as "Cole von Cole", plus an extra shot when he spells it out.
    • Take two drinks when Joe says "That's how you play chess, not checkers" after doing something particularly sneaky.
    • Take two drinks whenever Joe brings up "Gattography".
