The franchise revolves around the lives of 3 teenagers from Norfolk, Virginia: Ginger, GeeGee and Roderick. It includes a would be movie about them having a vacation in South Korea and a would be TV show about their life at Norfolk School.
There is also a spin off called Aurora Borealis and Company, which centers around Aurora Pekkanen and her singing group from Finland which includes Johanna Mustonen, Marja-Liisa Lahti and Helena Laukkanen. They have friends named Tiina and Aino and their rival group is the Soviet Villains which consist of Younghee from Going Seoulo, Olga Yanovich, Anna Dimitry and Nadia Ivanov, who are constantly trying to prove that "they are better than Finnish people".
