Danganronpa: Fade to Memory is the third of a series of Discord-hosted crossover Danganronpa roleplays run by Discord user The Great Kiwibeast. Sixteen so-called "Ultimates" are placed in a strange mishmash of places from their memories under an eerie green sky. Things only get worse when their robotic host reveals themselves as King Monobulb and makes this distorted land their new reality... one of life and death, of hope and despair. Danganronpa: Fade to Memory contains examples of:
- Asshole Victim: Alto Clef falls into this, as no one in the group particularly liked them - which was part of the reason as to why the killer targeted them.
- Dead Hat Shot: Jeff Andonuts' execution, where he's killed by his own Multi Bottle Rocket in a science fair, the smoke clearing to reveal only his cracked glasses and a ribbon for last place.
- Deadly Game: Being that this is a Danganronpa roleplay, this comes with the territory.
- Skewed Priorities: Robbie Rotten plays Animal Crossing for the entire first trial. Despite being on a risk of life or death during it.
- Sympathetic Murderer: The first blackened, Jeff Andonuts only did it to save the people within the first motive, not knowing the consequences and about the trial.
