Bobby hardly changed, except for a few key things. In the "Chrissie-Verse" he was set up to be a future Big Bad, so he showed a lot of Jerk with a Heart of Jerk traits. He also had a older (adopted) sister named Rose (no it isn't a reference. I didn't start watching Doctor Who until a bit after I made this character.) who was a Genius Ditz.

Chris changed quite a bit. He was a Book Dumb big guy who was always smiling and loved to joke. He was actually going to be the most "normal" out of every character. His parents didn't divorce, he had a nice childhood and he never really had any problems. I said "Fuck that!" and made him a snarky alcoholic! Fun!Yuki
She stayed rather true to her original character. Her personality hasn't changed and the big change would be her relationships. She isn't a lesbian in Chrissie-Verse, and her and Chris were an on and off couple. They ended up, finally, breaking it off around the time they got out of college.B-Team
Mikey changed the least, Hell his character is actually full formed in the Trope pages. He and Jack were originally just comedic relief for Jo-Jo.Jack was originally Jak. Not because Xtreme Kool Letterz but it was his name, Jackson Allen Kennedy. Jack's character was pretty much thought from the ground up for the Trope pages. He and Mikey were bland as bland can be in my head.
Jo-Jo went from being a tanktop wearing hardass who flirted with anyone to a soft-spoken really flippin' tall girl that loved cartoons.
