mainly takes assets from other cut-and-paste comics. - StoryboardThat is one meant mainly for schoolwork and operates on a Free Mium model.
- Comic Studio is a more meta take on the concept: It's a tool used to make tools that are themselves used to make cut-and-paste comics. In their own words, "Can't find a comic creator for your fandom? Make it yourself with our easy-to-use tools!"
Downloadable creation tools
- Gacha Life, while primarily a Virtual Paper Doll game, also has a "Studio" feature.
- create.swf is based on Walfas' Touhou Project artstyle.
