Victoria Lynn Rowell (born May 10, 1959 in Portland, Maine) is an American actress and novelist, as well as a former model and ballet dancer. She is best known for The Young and the Restless, Diagnosis: Murder, and Eve's Bayou.
Rowell has been married twice, to Tom Fahey and Radcliffe Bailey. She has two children, one with Fahey and one with jazz musician Wynton Marsalis.
