Twist is a digital broadcast subchannel in the United States, originally owned by Tenga Inc., then by Standard General.
The channel is targeted to the female 25-49 demographic and is dedicated to reality and lifestyle shows, sort of a Spear Counterpart to the channel Quest. Most of the shows are syndicated from NBCUniversal.
The channel also has an original segment called "Share Your Twists," where viewers can submit videos and letters detailing how they have been able to navigate "the twists life throws at them."
