Tsutomu Isobe (born October 13, 1950) is a Japanese actor and voice actor. He has an extensive career dubbing a lot of Hollywood roles such as Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Tim Allen, Peter Weller, Bruce Willis, Sean Bean, and Chow Yun-fat. Before becoming a voice actor, he also acted in live-action dramas and films, particularly in historical ones.
He also did voice roles in anime and video games. His most well-known voice roles are Inspector Heinrich Lunge of Monster and Dutch of Black Lagoon.
He is married to Miyuki Saito and has a daughter named Rinako Isobe. Both of them are also in the acting industry.
