Tetsuo Narikawa (成川 哲夫) (born: 15 April 1944 – 1 January 2010) was a Japanese actor and master of judo and karate. He was best known for playing the lead role of Spectreman. Also known as Grand Master Narikawa, he was the president and founder of the Gensei-Ryu Seidokai International Karate Federation, located in Tokyo, Japan.
He was married to Akiko Seguchi until his death at age 65, from cancer.
