Team17 is a video game developer and publisher founded in 1990 in Wakefield, England, after the merger of 17-Bit Software (a British publisher) and Team 7 (a Swedish developer). Notably known for their long-running series of turn-based strategy games Worms, they have also started publishing other games (mostly ones by indie studios) and acquiring studios since 2013.
