Tahereh Mafi (born in 1988) is a New York Times and USA Today best selling author, who currently resides in Santa Monica, California. Mafi's first novel, Shatter Me was published in November 15, 2011, and has since grown into a succesful series. Her second series begins with This Woven Kingdom, published in 2022.
