Stephen Anthony Hibbert (September 19, 1960) is an English actor and writer best known for Pulp Fiction (1994), Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999), and The Cat in the Hat (2003).
He was married to Julia Sweeney and Alicia Agos.
