Stephanie Garber is an author of Young Adult Literature. She grew up in northern California, and teaches creative writing classes at a private college there. She began writing YA novels in her spare time as a way to de-stress.
Her 2017 debut novel, Caraval, is a New York Times bestseller. The movie rights to the book have been acquired by Twentieth Century Fox. Caraval is followed by two sequels, Legendary (2018) and Finale (released on May 28, 2019). Her next works belong to the Once Upon a Broken Heart saga, a spin-off series of Caraval. The first book, Once Upon a Broken Heart was published in 2021, the second, The Ballad of Never After, in 2022.
