Shun Oguri (born December 26, 1982 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese actor, voice actor and director. He is the son of stage director Tetsuya Oguri and the youngest of three siblings, including his brother Ryo, who is also an actor.
Oguri has worked in the Japanese entertainment industry for twenty seven years with over 100 credits to his name. He started as an extra in Hachidai Shogun Yoshitume, before working his way to becoming an A-list actor through his breakout roles in Great Teacher Onizuka and Boys over Flowers. He also made his Western debut in 2021's Godzilla vs. Kong. Oguri directed his first film Surely Someday and made a cameo. He's also done VA roles in Japanese-made animated films such as Highlander: The Search for Vengeance and Harlock: Space Pirate.
