Shiho Kikuchi (菊池志穂 note ) is a Japanese voice actress (seiyuu), born on 6 May 1972 in Kanagawa. While her first famous role was the shy Miharu Tatebayashi from Tokimeki Memorial, her speciality seems to be the Plucky Girls.
Not related to Mika Kikuchi.
