Sally Anne Struthers (born July 28th, 1947) is an American actress and activist best known for playing Archie and Edith Bunker's daughter and Mike "Meathead" Stivic's wife Gloria on All in the Family. During her time on the show, she won two Emmy awards.
She's also known for playing eccentric neighbor Babette Dell on Gilmore Girls and dabbled in voice acting, having voiced Charlene Sinclair on Dinosaurs and Rebecca Cunningham on TaleSpin.
Outside of acting, she has been an advocate for helping impoverished children in developing countries, having served as a spokesperson for ChildFund and appearing in television ads for International Correspondence Schools.
