Sachi Matsumoto (born March 29, 1973) is a Japanese voice actress from Kyoto Prefecture, best known for playing Link (the Hero of Winds) and the Skull Kid in The Legend of Zelda series. She is also known for playing Toon Link, a Composite Character of the Hero of Winds and his numerous lookalikes in the Zelda series, in the Super Smash Bros. series and Hyrule Warriors.
