Roscoe "Rocky" Carroll (born July 8, 1963) is an American actor and director, best known for his roles on Roc, Chicago Hope, and the NCIS franchise. He's also done voicework in animation, most notably as Derek Maza/Talon in Gargoyles.
He has been married to Gabrielle Bullock since 1996 and they have a daughter named Elissa together.
