Richard Philip Lewis (June 29, 1947 – February 27, 2024) was an American stand-up comedian and actor known for his darkly self-deprecating sense of humor and for his roles in the series Anything But Love and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
He was married to Joyce Lapinsky. The couple had no children.
Following being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2021, Lewis died of a heart attack in 2024 at the age of 76.
