Renée-Jeanne Deneuve (September 10, 1911 - July 11, 2021), known as Renée Simonot, was a French actress and voice actress.

She made her stage debut in 1918 at the age of 6-7 at the Odéon theatre in Paris (where she once shared the stage with the great Sarah Bernhardt shortly before her passing in 1923), and would play there until she was 35. She was one of the pioneers in the industry of French dubbing, starting in 1930 during the Rise of the Talkies and providing a French voice for Golden Age Hollywood stars such as Olivia de Havilland, Sylvia Sidney, Judy Garland, Maureen O'Hara, Jeanne Crain and Esther Williams.

She was also known for being the mother of actresses Françoise Dorléac, Catherine Deneuve and Sylvie Dorléac. She had them with actor Maurice Dorléac, and had another daughter who became an actress, Danielle Clariond (with actor Aimé Clariond).

She was one of the oldest actors/entertainers in the world when she passed away two months short of her 110th birthday on July 11, 2021.
