René Sagastume Lozano (born March 29, 1967 in Mexico City) is a Mexican-Argentinian voice actor and director. He's known for being the Latin Spanish voice of Bob Belcher, Manly Dan, General Thunderbolt Ross, Omnitraxus Prime, among others.

In 1994, after a decade or so of dubbing in Mexico, he moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he took a hiatus from it, instead voicing infomercials and the like. Until 2003, when he was recommended by actor Ezequiel Romero to Alejandro Outeyral, who brought René in to Non Stop Digital's studios (back then "Media Pro Con"), thus marking his return to dubbing.
