Penelope Ann Miller (born Penelope Andrea Miller; January 13, 1964 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actress best known for her roles in such films as Carlito's Way (1993), Kindergarten Cop (1990), and The Artist (2011).
She was married to Will Arnett for two years (1994–95), and since 2000 has been married to James Huggins, with whom she has two children.
