Paolo Torrisi (born Maurizio Torresan, May 1st, 1951 – December 7th, 2005) was an Italian actor and voice actor, largely known for being the most iconic Italian voice of Son Goku in the Dragon Ball franchise, mainly in Dragon Ball Z.

A Former Child Star, after 1973 he stopped acting, in order to work exclusively as a voice actor. He was often type-cast as little boys in animation, but ironically he ended up voicing Adult Goku in the Dragon Ball franchise (previously voiced by a woman as kid, Patrizia Scianca), which turned out to be his most popular role, by far. Due to his death in 2005, he would later be replaced by Claudio Moneta in Dragon Ball Super.

Some of his voice acting roles include:

Anime

Live-Action TV
