Norio Sakurai (born July 1st, 1985) is a Japanese manga artist from Saitama. Her most famous works have been published in Shonen Champion. Like a mangaka version of Peter Jackson, she started her career publishing raunchy, crude, violent slapstick comedies before catching Tom Hanks Syndrome and "going mainstream" with the romantic comedy The Dangers in My Heart, which earned widespread acclaim.

A fan of toilet humor, her personal website proudly lists "perverted" as a character trait. The bio for her first published work, Kodomo Gakkyuu, lists her hobby as "Being Paranoid" and her catchphrase as "I see..."
