Naoko Matsui (born April 4, 1961) is a veteran voice actor from Hokkaido. Her roles can range from compent Action Girls to the most psychotic of Yanderes and everything in between. Her most well known roles include the Rich Bitch Dorothy from Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, Roux Louka from Gundam ZZ, Katsumi Liqueur from Silent Moebius, Sonoko Suzuki from Case Closed, Totoko Yowai and Jyuushimatsu Matsuno in the 1988 version of Osomatsu-kun and Chie Uru in High School! Kimengumi.
Said to have a voice actor relationship with Akiko Yajima. Formerly married to Kenyū Horiuchi; their marriage didn't work, but they're still best friends, aru.
