Moyoco Anno (born March 26, 1971) is a Japanese manga artist born in Tokyo. Making her debut in 1989, some of her notable series include Sugar Sugar Rune, Happy Mania, Hataraki Man, Sakuran and Flowers And Bees. She also worked as an assistant to Kyoko Okazaki, and finished her manga Helter Skelter after she was injured in an accident.
On March 26, 2002, she married Neon Genesis Evangelion creator Hideaki Anno. Since 2009, she chronicles the experience in her on/off again manga project Insufficient Direction. Her blood type is O. Her creator avatar is a large baby.
