Michel Papineschi (born January 1, 1948) is a French actor and voice actor of Italian descent.

He is most famous for having dubbed Robin Williams from 1990's Awakenings all the way to the posthumously released Absolutely Anything in 2015 (Aladdin and Mrs. Doubtfire excluded in that timeframe, Patrick Floersheim voiced Williams prior to him otherwise, and Richard Darbois voiced the Genie). He's also occasionally dubbed Richard Dreyfuss, Tony Shalhoub (Adrian Monk in Monk), Tim Allen (Scott Calvin/Santa Claus in the sequels to The Santa Clause), Eugene Levy (Noah Levenstein in the American Pie series), Timothy Spall (Peter "Wormtail" Pettigrew in the Harry Potter films), Harvey Keitel, Alan Rickman, John Shea (Lex Luthor in Lois & Clark) and Sam Neill (Merlin in Merlin). He's also replaced the late Jacques Frantz as the voice of Commissioner Frank Reagan in Blue Bloods since 2021.

Animation-wise, he's voiced quite a few Disney characters such as John Smith in Pocahontas, reprised the role of Alan Parrish in the dub of the Jumanji series (from the Robin Williams film), voiced Professor Philip Mortimer in Blake and Mortimer and Tsar Nicholas II in Anastasia, among others.

He was married to actress, voice actress and stage director Céline Monsarrat, who's most famous for being the regular French dubbing voice of Julia Roberts. They have a daughter who also became an actress and voice actress, Alexia Papineschi.
