Michael J. Harney (born March 27, 1956 in The Bronx, New York) is an American actor of film, television and theater. He's best known for playing Det. Mike Roberts in the television police drama NYPD Blue, the drunkard Steve Fields in the American western television series Deadwood and Sam Healy, a prison counselor in the comedy-drama television series Orange Is the New Black.
