Meghan Ory (born August 20, 1982 in Vancouver, British Columbia) is a Canadian-American television and film actress. She is best known for her role as Red Riding Hood/Ruby on the ABC fantasy series Once Upon a Time and also starred in the short-lived CBS drama Intelligence (2014) as Riley Neal. Ory currently stars in the Hallmark family drama Chesapeake Shores as Abby O'Brien.
Ory married fellow Canadian actor John Reardon in 2008, having a son and a daughter with him. She is now a US citizen as well.

- Billing Displacement: She was promoted to main cast for the second season of Once Upon a Time, but after completing a major backstory arc mid-season, her character Ruby is reduced to cameo appearances in occasional episodes thereafter and ultimately disappears from the series, without fanfare, several episodes prior to the season finale. Despite this, Ory remains credited among the main cast to the end of the season; in real life, the writers wrote Ruby out of the series in part, according to interviews with Ory, due to them deciding to focus on other characters and in part due to Ory being cast in Intelligence (2014).
