Mari Gorman (born September 1, 1944 in New York City) is an American actress, theatrical director, and author. In the theatre she has extensively produced and directed as well as acting. She appeared on several episodes of Barney Miller, including an arc as newly assigned Detective Rosslyn Licori. Other notable performances include The Edge of Night, The Taking of Pelham One Two Three, and Oh, God! Book II. In 2007 she published Strokes of Existence: The Connection of All Things, a nonfiction examination of acting and other arts in relation to human subjectivity.
