MJJ Music was a record label owned and operated by Michael Jackson, founded in 1993 as a subsidiary of both Epic Records and MJJ Productions.

While the larger MJJ Productions banner was used for Jackson's own work since 1988, MJJ Music was specifically created to develop artists Jackson wanted to sign, in addition to distributing his own albums. Besides Jackson himself, the most successful acts to come from the label were R&B trios Brownstone and 3T, both of whom he personally mentored. Other notable acts included actress Tatyana M. Ali, R&B quintet Men of Vizion, and Jackson's eldest sister Rebbie.

In 2001, after a notorious public spat with Sony over his own contractual issues, and the future of the label, Jackson closed it down, along with the greater MJJ Productions company. In the mid-2000s, Jackson would revive MJJ for copyright purposes, and it would be relaunched in full after his death; serving as the record label for his posthumous releases alongside Epic.
