LeutenantBecca is an artist on DeviantArt. She is named for her first ever created OC, Lieutenant Becca. The mascot of her page is perky goth Rae Strange. She is known mostly for her Sabrina the Animated series fanart. She's also the co-writer of the Hottie sequel series by Chris Jackson. Her chapters are notably more detailed than the main authors. In real life she has a friend named Nicolette whom was once the stand in for her page but pops up as the inspiration for many of her characters (the ones that share her name)

- Fangirl: Most of the art Becca posts on DeviantArt is fan art. She also claims that Saccstry
is her hero. - Gamer Chick: Becca mentions playing a lot of video games.
- Green-Skinned Space Babe: Practices this with her Atomic Betty fan character.
- Men Don't Cry: Gender inverted. Only the male characters are drawn as crying.
- Spell My Name With An S: Lieutenant is spelled wrong on purpose as if Sparky wrote it. Only one person ever pointed it out.
- Stalker with a Crush: She usually portrays Sabrina Spellman this way. Harvey's reaction in these pictures is to be either oblivious or downright horrified. The same dynamic is used with Lia from A Kind of Magic.
- Tomboy and Girly Girl: Becca is the tomboy to some of her watchers' girly girls, and can also be the girly girl to some tomboys (but not often)
